Bernie Carberry
Life Member awarded 2012
A true statesman and gentleman of the sport of rugby.
He lives by his favourite quote from Mahatma Gandhi, ‘You travel through this world but once. Any good you can do, do not defer it nor neglect, as you will not pass this way again.’ This is so true of his contribution to schools rugby.
Bernie has been closely involved with the international schools tournament SANIX held in Japan each year.
